The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately the room fell short of expectations. The air conditioning unit takes up nearly half the wall where the window is, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. We struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which really put a damper on our weekend getaway. During the day, the construction next to the pool made it impossible to enjoy.

The location is great, staff was so friendly and helpful. Although not directly on the beach their valet will drive you there with chairs, umbrella and towels and pick you up when you’re ready to head back. The pool is nice and the room was very comfortable. Many restaurants within steps. Wont hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful hotel! We have been going to this hotel for many years and still a beautiful place. The service is outstanding. The rooms are 5* I recommend any of the suites. My preference are the Terrace suites. The pool area is all new. I like to thank the people at the front desk for given us an upgrade to a better room. Awesome customer service! Wish I knew their name.

Front desk was excellent but the hotel was not that clean. Carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed in days, polyester sheets sweating all night with AC low. Bathroom light kept switching off with a sensor after a minute. No night light in bathroom as well so blinded to use it in middle of night. Pool was nice and water was fresh. Valet very progressional. But all in all I won’t stay there again. Seemed a little dated and lots of wear and tear. Not impressed.

The hotel staff was amazing—from the front desk and club level attendants to the pool staff and valet team, everyone was fantastic. Housekeeping did an excellent job with the turndown service, which was one of my favorite parts of the stay. We also loved the thoughtful touch of being able to enjoy sandwiches at the beach. Another highlight was the convenience of checking out at the club level desk instead of the main lobby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!
